Hello, my name is Kelly. Tomorrow is my 32nd birthday. 5 years ago I suffered a major stroke. I wasn't expected to live 48hrs but with hard work, determination and some very special help from strangers along the way I now live on my own, dress my , shower, go to the bathroom. The final goal in my journey to complete independence is retaking my drivers test and proving to myself I can safely drive myself with a disability. I am a very independent minded man, I am learning how to ask for help but this is newer for me. Now is such a time. i am asking anyone over 21 with a valid license to accompany me to the DMV TOMORROW, Tuesday at 9am Dec 28. Lunch at apple bees will be included. Thank you for your consideration. Txt me anytime today or tonight anytime tonight, REALLY. This is very important to me. pass or fail. I have had my permit and driving supervised since February

October 5th
in arizona quickly turn from a moment of fun to one that was very scary.
After that moment I was eternally changed forever. At the time and even years after I was unaware of the mental hurdles I would face and to this point jumping all of them. In my opinion clearing them with quite a distance and regularity that I don’t see an end for sometime, hopefully forever.
I would like to offer many deep thanks to the very special people I have met along my rocky journey and those that have continued your loving supportive ways. Even those that I knew prior to my Brain Attack. Those people that have come from the shadows to bless me once again with your smiles, kind words, embraces and grateful donations to my ongoing recovery & therapy
I am now on a mission with the Goal of spreading Stroke Awareness through early detection by using the Diagnosing test F.A.S.T(see my site on ActFASTstrokeTPA.org)
I may not be able to run, sing or hit a golfball but I have a great determined mind to change the way Stroke is mishandled in this country and good people are dying or being left Severely disabled
